I can't logging after close app how can I fix it?

It won't let me make an account it keeps saying duplicate email

As we find out, a_______n@live.co.uk has been registered, and you can't use this email address to create another account. You can just login with it. Just in case you forgetting the password, you can visit https://auth.iezvu.com/sso_forget_password?lang=en to reset password.
